Huh... This reminds me of another novel I read a long time ago. I forget the title. But a similar premise?
I remember there were effectively two isekai characters who escaped together because staying would be troublesome for them.

But it isn't this story. The reason I know that is because they escaped, they didn't get kicked out. And then they had seggs by the fifth chapter or something. But the starting premise was very similar.

Well, that's kinda true, but he has that built-in ChatGPT to answer him questions. MC also got some time while the others received their gifts, so he might have used it to gather information. He said it himself, he knew from the moment he got there.

The thing that worries me is how the MC still has five hidden abilities. Overpowered bullshit right there. The two he has now are already strong, given that it sounds like he can steal and bestow skills with one and has some kind of appraisal with system help to assist him for the other. One more hidden power would have been fine, to have room for some surprise, but seven in total is a bit nuts. Whelp, we might see staples like Inventory, Respec, Save and Reload and such... it's a game for him.

At the very least this protagonist seems to have some marbles in his head. Hope he doesn't get annoying. Good thing is he has a girl already and seems to care she doesn't die on him. Hopefully she can keep him in check for now and I want Sakura to grows a backbone soon. She needs to develop as his first and main heroine. Right now she's more like a pet that follow it's master and leaving her like that too long would be a total waste of a gloomy glasses girl with braids. But I guess that won't happen, she's a special skill holder herself, so maybe she will be a mage type class or something similar.

Let's wait and see what chapter 2 brings.

Just saw the second volume cover... Sakura seems to be a caster type. Hopefully she can charm the MC and he doesn't devolve into a typical, dense harem protag.

it wasn't until he left but i think it was since he came there, he just kept quiet about it cuz he didnt like anyone around and didnt want to be use by them anyway
