What do you mean? We see it ALL the time. Women feeling rejected, being absolutely alone, men taking advantage of them, having multiple girlfriends at the same time and having to be happy about it. Most men being trashy and abusing their privileges. We even saw it THIS CHAPTER, being mentioned when MC talks about his senpai. Women feel alone because the extreme competition means most girls end alone. That makes characters like Mizuho (the twintails girl) desperate and feeling like they "have" to get a boyfriend. Mind you this girl spent her WHOLE LIFE confessing to any guy she could and got rejected 100% of the time. That doesn't happen in the 1:1 world, man.

If I had a nickel for how many times I've seen the "woman who wants to perversely corrupt a man" archetype/character feature, I'd have two nickels-- which isn't that many times but now I wonder if that's a thing that's taking off in Japanese otaku culture.

I really enjoy the sharp contrast between the purity of Mizuho's burgeoning affection and the perverse impurity of Seira's burgeoning affection. I also enjoy how self-aware Seira is about her precipitous moral decay.
