Precisely, and sadly.

If mangadex policies were more ambiguous or were more lenient I would have considered to continue uploading, but they are not.

Yeah, technically with the new TOS points, TL groups are no longer incentivized in uploading here - they might also discourage their uploaders from uploading here as it might lead the the publishers and license holders to their home sites/webpages that might directly land them DMCA strikes as well (i.e. might cause them to shut down their sites).
I already see Galaxy Degen Subs releasing stuff without uploading here just this day (them among other TL groups who usually simul-release here on dex).

Yeah, technically with the new TOS points, TL groups are no longer incentivized in uploading here - they might also discourage their uploaders from uploading here as it might lead the the publishers and license holders to their home sites/webpages that might directly land them DMCA strikes as well (i.e. might cause them to shut down their sites).

Well this is the beginning of the end of Mangadex I presume.
Someone on reddit has posted a Google Sheets listing all the comics that have been taken down. Over 700+ have been removed so far... which is a lot!

Yeah it's gonna be crazy - it's like the U.S. going de-federalized like what happened in the Fallout game's story.
I guess comick or bato is going to be my main site from now on and have aggregators as secondary (like mangabuddy).
