I tried again and this time the error message said:
The optimistic lock failed, version 3 was expected, but is actually 4
Please try again in a few minutes or contact support if the issue persists.

What does that even mean? I don't get it.

Weird, looks like it worked on this chapter anyway though. I tried some black magic behind the scenes, try editing Ch 160 now?

The same thing happened again, first once I clicked /a/nonymous in the search groups, and then pressed SAVE, it just opened the chapter for the reason without adding the group name, then when I tried again, it have me the same error message again.

But by the time I finished typing this message, it seemed to have worked anyways lol.

Changes usually take a while to show up, you might have to wait around a minute or so before refreshing to see the update
