Character intros so good you can already imagine them as main characters of a different manga.

The chapter also illustrates why ACAB is a thing. In any other job, these two fools would be cheerily flirt-failing. But instead they're harassing teenagers and roughing up city employees (While flirt-failing).

Chief is a baddie and I'm rooting for them to achieve both class consciousness and coitus.
