• Katana girl is about reaction (not much power)
• Knife girl is about vision (not much power)
• Coach Kink girl is about speed

I mean, those three fake-cop girls are also Half-Zombies, but for whatever reason they aren't turning full Zombies.

In the case of the main girls, it's because MC's seeds is basically providing symptomatic treatments to them.

But that doesn't seem to be the case with those three fake-cop girls.

Depending on how they have acted so far though, my guess is that there ability can apply self symptomatic treatments by having sex with men.
But they probably need more sexual interaction than the main girls (who don't seem to require such regular sexual interaction). Which probably leads to them basically crippling or killing the men they have sex with, and which is why they are searching for new men as targets.
