Dang, sucks for Michel. Doesn't get the girl AND is going to lose his throne. Hopefully theres some good ending for him.

Also sad to hear FutureElsa never arrived at a good ending, she must have seen Evie die many deaths; chapter was very Steins;Gate-y.

guys come on anime have been doing Many Worlds Theory bullshit since before steins gate and the concept is as old as the 1970's

read a book.
Try 1957 from physicist and Princeton Professor Hugh Everett in one of his PhD dissertations....
Think Schrodinger's Cat......
It was around WAAAAAAAAAAAY longer than S;G. That's just one of the popular instances of it.

God forbid people see a connection to something they liked and point it out.

Telling us to "read a book" just comes off as dickish not intelligent.

We know there's time travel stories before S;G.

Doesn't mean we can't still make a note of it when theres a lot of similarities with: different timelines trying to converge with a %, seeing a loved one die over and over and failing to stop it and a future self needing to tell a present self(or close enough) to change the future.

It WAS very S;G-like.

It's not just many worlds, though. It's got recursive time travel, fixed events, and a numerical display of how close you are to the desired outcome based on how you're changing the timeline. There's a lot more in common with S;G than the average multi world story.

Curiouser and curiouser. Percentage boxes with a person who keeps repeating the timeline to avoid a fixed bad ending, eh? First thing that comes to my mind is a certain skeleton, but then again, I've never read or watched Stein's Gate.

ITT: People whose minds were blown by S;G and they find something else that reminds them of it.

People... Guy was right. It's not an original S;G thing. S;G is just a really good exaple of it. (BTW, play the VN. The anime left out a lot of stuff b/c of time limit concerns)...
