should took bracelet and put on king instead. if king broke the rule, command him instead.

but they can also got to other countries and convince those ruler to their sides. Demon already on MC side, time to make beast kingdom on their sides. if king try to sabotage, just pincer attack from both nation. stupid king would be overthrown by his own son to save their nation from war.

Hey, Hero can also dodge. She should've had that revenge hero's affliction powers.

At this point, or well before this, killing the king is just self defence. And I doubt anyone would miss him.

"I've got something risky I want to try!"
As opposed to the current situation?

Lol at regular guards being able to hit him.

"You're going too far."
The fuck he is. The king is still alive.

If the king doesn't "tragically" pass away after this.... jfc
Unfortunate accident. Too bad, how sad.

this resolution to the bracelet problem felt too flaccid. everyone can see that this king is vastly incompetent and runs on emotion rather than logic. he should have been dethroned by the end, in proportion to the pain in the ass that he has been this whole series.

I'm getting an aneurysm from this bullshit.
So first MC is told he's going too far in threatening the king (mind you, not with the goal of getting money or the human race's key out of him, which we know he will need, but just to keep the promise to free Watanabe he had given before and to please stop trying to kill MC), who has so far kidnapped them, enslaved the hero, broken his word and tried to murder MC several times, then they FUCKING APOLOGIZE and finally the prince ackowledges that this may be "partly" their fault.
What part of this isn't their fault exactly? And what will stop the king from going back on his word again, as he has done before?

And this incompetence and emotional outburst is likely going to cause his quite imminent "retirement", allowing his far, far, far more reasonable son to take over. All without regicide which would make the entire kingdom and any of their allies to hunt down our main characters.

You gotta think about the big picture sometimes. The hero, DESPITE the kings horseshit, which he showed to the entire royal court and dozens of guards who will all DEFINITELY be talking about this, is still willing to serve the kingdom. The kings horseshit caused one of the heros friends to nearly kill the king, but was talked down by the prince, who kept calm the whole time, rather than throw multiple tantrums, go back on his promises (VERY bad if that gets back to any of the Kingdom's allies - if he broke his word to the heroes saving his kingdom and the world, he can't be trusted to keep ANY agreement)...

Basically, this king is going down, one way or another, either assassinated by members of the court, one of the kingdoms allies, or just being forced to abdicate to the prince and quietly banished somewhere.
