The first chapter of the manga covers around four chapters from the webnovel, although I believe it will be more based on the light novel. Some of the chapters from the webnovel are extremely short or just a fillers which can be skipped.

Remembering that everything was purely consensual. It was her will both in the betrayal and in the accusation. Besides, Kondo gave her choices, and she chose him in all of them.
