Yukishiro didn't realize the workplace environment and truth behind employees quitting suddenly, but now it should be pretty clear with evidence right in front of them she is the one both should keep distance away from or quit if Ichinose will tell Nanao was forcing herself on him.
Since Nanao is more on good terms with her boss it's better to sadly just quit the job, although telling the boss would help it's rather doubtful he would believe new employees about why people are quitting without a solid evidence.

It should be clear why Ichinose was holding back, for those lost or forgotten how he is afraid in this little flashback, we're having a good character growth so let's appreciate it.

I get why he doesn't want to. His last relationship was hell for him due to going out with an EXTREMELY controling girl. Adding to this Yukishiro doesn't have a lot of friends. He fears that if he voices a negative opinion on Nanao, it would either make Yuki upset at him (ruining their friendship) or it will cause Yuki to give up her friendship with Nanao (which will further isolate Yuki, and could lead to her being in a similar situation to where he was at before the story began).

Yeah, I get that. We saw his thoughts about that in a previous chapter after all.
But he has to understand that him telling his gf how Nanao acts around him when Yukishiro isn't around is not the same as telling her to avoid Nanao. Maybe he'll realize that later, with or without some help from his friends.
By keeping quiet about it, he clearly caused more harm than good.
