How the hell are people calling this a reverse isekai? She was originally from this world, and it's not like she doesn't know how things work, so she is not much of a fish out of water...in fact, she went on to fit right in with hikikomori culture.

This is my first time reading a work by this author, but apparently, she has a niche. I actually hope she takes the series in a different direction this time, though. It has all the makings of a great series that can stand alone without familial love turning romantic. Maybe we'll have a chuuni character introduced for her to play off of. That might be interesting. Either way, insta-follow. Let's see where this ride takes us.
Nah, go read something else.

This one is for us cultured people. You have 20 others that are similar to have instead.

She spent her formative childhood in another world. For all intent and purpose she is closer to that world than ours.

Hell, she probably cant speak Japanese fluently when she came back

What? No. It's been 10 years, it's not like she is from the 1950's or something...hell, if she was from the 90's like Isekai Ojii-san, then I'd be more willing to believe it, but she is from this millennium, technology and social practices have not changed in such a drastic way that you'd get easily lost. Also, she spends her entire time playing games that require reading comprehension. There has been nothing to suggest she can't communicate correctly with the people around her.

Oh, I'm cultured, don't get me wrong, but it's a guilty cultured. I'll read it and enjoy it, but also, what are some of those 20?
I don't know 20, but you described a pretty normal story setup, would be more of them then there is any of this.

That's hell on earth, actually hell.
Think about this;
You arrived in that world and had to survive, learn to live in there FROM YOUNG, everything that we take for granted living in our era, as compared to her.
But she came back after 10 years, now has to adapt to a completely different society.
Does any child on Earth learns about translating life skills from one industry to another? I doubt they mastered any skill with competitive value, yet!

Not gonna lie, this mom is kinda dumb, like how the hell do you explain your daughter's entire appearance changing, her pupils aren't even circular anymore!! I thought she'd atleast try to take her to a doctor or something, if its so difficult to believe the isekai'd story then she'd probably assume her daughter got experimented on you know? but the only thing we get is that she thinks she's "pitiful".

Yeah, but she was like 5-6 years old when she was kidnapped. Maybe most practices didn’t change, BUT SHE WOULD BARELY KNOW THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE! Being a preschooler is VERY different than being a teenager, much less one from a completely alien schooling system. Even looking at internet memes is quite a flash bang if you look back 10 years ago, so she would be totally out of sync with her generation culturally.

She spent 5 years on Earth as a toddler and 10 years in a different universe during her formative years. She is at this point more a foreigner than a local.

What are you talking about? Didn't you see? She's fitting right in with her generation. She became a neet that plays games all day.

That… isn’t fitting in. NEET is in fact the exact opposite of fitting in: the acceptance of never being able to.
Sorry, that was a joke. In any case, the premise itself is too dumb for it to be taken seriously. It feels like the MC is just a privileged brat throwing a tantrum after she was deprived of powers she was given. You are right, she is no longer a kid, she spent 10 years in a foreign land, constantly fighting for survival. Her original world is peaceful when compared to that magical fantasy setting. All the same, she is not acting like an adult who grew up and matured at all. She is back in a world where she knows the language, she has people who are willing to care for her, and she doesn't have to constantly fight for her life. There is no way in hell a normal adult would simply hide away and become a neet. We have people in our own world who are faced with similar situations where they have to abandon their lands and start from zero in foreign lands where they can't even speak the common tongue, and yet, they still do their best to survive. This has less to do with her being taken out of her element and more about her refusing to move on with her life. Like I said, a bratty kid who is pissed she can't have things go her way.

What!?! I want to dissect this a little.

Her original world is peaceful when compared to that magical fantasy setting. All the same, she is not acting like an adult who grew up and matured at all. She is back in a world where she knows the language, she has people who are willing to care for her, and she doesn't have to constantly fight for her life…
… This has less to do with her being taken out of her element and more about her refusing to move on with her life
There is a lot of implicit assumptions here. You are assuming:
1. That safety didn’t exist in her other world.
2. That the care provided by her original world is superior to the ones in the magical one.
3. That fighting for her life isn’t something she enjoys.
4. WTF is that last sentence. I’ll talk on that.

A. I think that assuming the fantasy world wasn’t peaceful is entirely misreading the story. “…she graduated from a magic academy and saved the world along side the hero.”
She didn’t just grow up there, she earned FAME, GLORY, and RECOGNITION. Especially as a scholar, this stuff is pretty important for one’s career. Being torn from it to be treated like a child again is borderline cruel.

B. Considering that most people believe her to be insane and allowed her to become NEET, the only person I really consider to properly care for her is the brother. Everyone else just isolates her until she complies. The fantasy word has her actually close friends/new family who do understand what is happening.

C. Considering that she fought in an Hero’s party and enjoys JRPGs, she must love magic and especially fighting magic. Being sent to Earth is the death of her primary passion.

D. I’ll make this blunt: that statement is not borne out of any understanding of the subject at hand, but out of pure and unadulterated ignorance.
We have people in our own world who are faced with similar situations where they have to abandon their lands and start from zero in foreign lands where they can't even speak the common tongue, and yet, they still do their best to survive.
You assume the people that had to do that are a monolith, that survival is the optimal outcome to strive for and they have NO desires to return. Well guess what? Many of them fail to cope with the changes. They turn to drinking and gambling to cope with these changes, and many of them frequently want to return to the land they were forced from. Just because SOME moved on, doesn’t mean ALL of them want that. And declaring that still being depressed 6 months after having 2 lives destroyed is “bratty”? Talk about being callus!
In addition, you mistake “abandonment” for “kidnapping.” She didn’t walk away because things became too tough. She was stolen from a place where she had friends, an accomplished career, and a bright future. Anything you can promise, she had already earned! Now she was ripped away and dropped in a world where most people think she’s delusional. Excuse me for thinking that most people would experience extreme difficulty in coping.

All in all, the mistake you’re making is failing to see the trees through the forest. Sure she was BORN on Earth in Japan, but her HOME is Gran Cadia. Simply going “ everyone else is NORMAL, why can’t SHE be NORMAL too?” is just being entitled.
