Also if you're trying to say the women suck but the men are fine in this manga please remember it was the male teachers that were falsely accusing the class of cheating and the male headmaster that basically said "won't someone rid me of this troublesome priest"

It's bullshit, that isn't a grammar rule and even if it was it would end up just getting abbreviated to female almost instantly anyway, he's just trying to back track because he came at you heated and you called him out in a respectful manner and he has no response.

It's mostly because of the last two points in the image you cited. People who use female as a noun often hold very misogynistic and transphobic views, so it's seen as a dog whistle for that nowadays. Good on you for searching for more information yourself though!

I interpret it differently based on my feelings. He does all this because after graduation he will disappear (if I am not mistaken, he also mentioned this in a previous chapter), but I was unable to grasp the real reason. It is quite difficult to interpret when english is not your native language.

That was original plan, but since he is slowly seeing that people do not actually hate him he is slowly changing his mind. He will not disappear after graduation, that much is certain.
