awesome conclusion to the Key West fight, loved seeing Jodio and Dragona work together to take her down. Dragona's inner monologue about Jodio's quiet determination too... really good

and Howler! I figured we'd be waiting a while longer to him try to take control of the situation but the moment he gains clarity over the situation, Meryl Mei Qi's words start to ring out once again. Howler showing off dark determination just pairs so well with the "violence as currency" monologue lol, I don't think now is the time for him to demonstrate it but the fact that he's already willing to do so is terrifying in a very fun way

I wouldn't go as a far as saying this has "final arc incoming" vibes. Nothing's clear atm. There's not any indication that the final "villain" of this part is even this Howler guy. We don't know anything at all. Only that these 3 new characters that were introduced have been killed.

No, Howler already has a Stand. He's summoned it, but he's not given its name and we have no idea if he's even used its ability yet. Personally, I think Howler's Stand can manipulate fate and chance to affect Society to benefit Howler like how [Wonder of U] manipulated causality to create accidents and catastrophe to protect its user.

That said, Jodio has balls of solid titanium for thinking that this is going to work.
