So, they do a test like that at their dispatch facility to check whether the addons were working properly or not, as they didn't want their customers to be unhappy with the performance in the future.

And MC didn't really "gladly assisted her". More like he was tempted into it by Mei.

Also, while not mentioned in the Manga adaptation (which actively ignores mentioning such stuff), Mei does have fun times with MC in the bed or in the shower regularly.

Probably even more than ours really. Being ablr to do quantum calculations, sumulating numerous failed attempts the computer part of her says the very low chance of success makes Mei's fear for her own life. Then doubly so for her master whom she's programed to have 200% loyalty and affection.

It's not quite that simple, mei WAS programmed to be loyal and if need be, affectionate with hiro, but as the story goes on more and more it becomes clear she's grown way beyond her programming, for example, her having fear is directly against her programming as a bodyguard ai having fear is asking for trouble, add to that how affectionate she is in this chapter and how she defended him from a potential fight last chapter (something she's not programmed to do btw, her over-protectiveness is actually part of her personality, not programmed, it's a bit more obvious in the novel but basically, mei has gone well beyond her programming at this point, and has at least since the end of the dalenwald arc.
