That's the thing I actually both respect/hate about Baki characters : they really ain't playing around.
They don't care if their opponent is heavily handicapped : Victory is all that matters, honor and fair-play be damned.
You could argue that they are truly the most realistic bunch compared to others shonens lol

We literally have an entire arc about 5 morons who "wished to taste defeat" but, the second they were about to, realised that they actually couldn't stomach it and crashed out pathetically... also, the "Strongest Creature on Earth" is basically Homelander with Daddy Issues instead of Mommy... you cannot read that series without always expecting the most infuriating things to happen lol

People need to understand, Baki as a story ended with Son of Ogre. Everything after is Itagaki just exploring stupid shit and what-ifs.
And apparently Orochi tonguing his son's finger before gently caressing his balls is something he has thought deeply about and needed to share with the world.
