If I remember correctly that just meant he couldn't form official parties and such (like in RPG games).
When, at the beginning of the manga, he accidentally mind controlled those 4 gyarus they became his companions as servants or slaves/familiars or something so that works just fine, he just can't join/invite others without this extra hurdle.

In the web novels the loner part makes even less sense because he's banged all of them already. Officially the whole loner thing is that he can't form or join parties but as we've seen you can team up with people without officially forming a party.

No, she did spoken a very few times actually, just that she's super shy, so she mostly spoke in "gestures" instead to convey what she wanted to others (she has actually "spoken" with the girls after the whole labyrinth stampede thing that she came from)

She did spoke to Haruka back at his hideout from the beginning chapter when they went back there to clean it up a bit (that's when she first talked with him) but after that, it's mostly been her communicating through gestures with others (and she may occasionally actually speak) like she did here, they're a rare to hear (like Haruka said, in pg.4, it's been a while since the last time he heard her spoke)

Compared to "Dancer Girl" Nefertiri, who'd usually speak every now and then
