If someone started bad mouthing your man would you continue to associate with those people?
I'd look into where they're even getting such a thing. Whether it's something they made up or heard from somewhere else.

It'd also depend on the severity of the bad mouthing. If it's light hearted and funny then it's fine. It's okay to make jokes at each other. But if they're serious I'd politely tell them to stop. If they don't? I'll simply begin to distance myself.

It probably won't just to be spit to our face. 100 chapter build up only for Fuckboi to take Sakura in 1/5th of that. It'd make the whole thing pointless.

Yet at the same time, both Sakura and Shinobu both heard "yea you guys were great together" from other sources that isn't fuckboi or Fumi. However it ends, the two will meet. it's a story about their journey together so it feels wrong that they've been separated ever since the stupid misunderstanding.

But that's probably where the open ending comes in. Both Shinobu and Sakura are going to find their resolve. Settle things with their current partners (good or bad). Stick to it and meet. Leaving the ending open ended.

But this is just a theory. Maybe KA will have a way to make the ending "good enough".
I'm not holding my breath.

If we didn't see what Sakura did before it could work but this only made Sakura being hated even more and people started to sympathize with Shinobu.

She literally failed in every aspect of this story.
I agree, but that might be Airi's goal, it's very likely that no character will face consequences and they will probably be rewarded (fuckboi and Sakura) while Shinobu continues to suffer. Maybe Airi's goal is to make him bad or see him as a villain, I don't understand this story anymore.

I feel like.. if she could say no and leave from the producer Toppy situation, this should have also been like that. She should've hesitated if she still had feelings for Shinobu, which she had in some capacity, indicated by the reminiscence panels right before Yuma started.

Also, you could just say that her mental was very hurt at that point.. and Yuma being all forceful, during such a vulnerable time was what caused her to allow it..

But it still doesn't sit right with me. If you go to someone after a situation like that, sleeping with them is not the first thing you should think of, especially when you haven't even confronted your partner to confirm that they actually willingly cheated on you.. idk man..

Sure Sakura is submissive as hell.. but she could have been so much better as a character if she had some sort of hesitation..

It just felt like.. Yuma suggested it, and she was just on board..
Sakura was in a heavily emotional state. She sent him a message but it was with no intention of meeting him. He just "coincidentally" happened to be at the very stop Sakura got off the train at.

He offered to take her home but she didn't want that. So he took her to her place. We don't see her pouncing on fuckboi. We don't see her leaning against him. We don't see her relying on him. She's venting yes and hugging herself. He leaves.

When he comes back he sees her crying about Shinobu. Then HE decides to act. Flooding her with compliments and then kissing her. She's surprised and for brief moments we see her telling him "no" and "wait". That's not someone that simply agrees to it. Him using force was why he was so aggressive. He didn't stop. He kept touching her. He kept pleasuring her.

We've seen what happens to Sakura when this happens. Her mind gets cloudy. Foggy. The pleasure begins to take over. Yuma makes her cum and that's when she becomes too weak to resist. So he continues from there. He doesn't give Sakura any breaks. He doesn't take his sweet time. He just gets right to it.

There was a brief moment of her coming back when she saw the phone ringing and spoke "Shinobu.." but again Yuma just didn't stop. He never suggested sex. He forced it into Sakura and she gave in once she came.

And her choosing not to see him very well could be out of guilt. If you did something you shouldn't have against someone. Would you want to see them immediately?

Sakura was wrong for the whole thing but I wouldn't say she agreed. She just gave in.

Peter needs a Kamina in his life bro..

Hey, atleast.. atleast it's not as bad as it could be.. right?

But just a heads up; someone else's suffering being greater than your own doesn't invalidate your struggles.

Keep your head up and wait for more dogshit manga like this one so we can keep commenting!

But the readers of Grapara actually want the exact opposite of what Airi is doing right now. Airi only needs to take a look at the comments on MangaPoke and she should already know that. If she can't write according to what the readers want, then she should step back, let the artist take over as the main writer, and save her personal preferences for her doujin work instead.

Or she could just be completely honest with the readers in an interview and tell them directly that this series is nothing more than some stupid NTR story with absolutely nothing to do with romcom, and that the protagonist they've been following is merely the villain in her story. If they don't like it, they can just stop following it.

Well, I understand that she runs away, she went to find Shinobu so they could be together and suddenly hears that Shinobu wants to stop being her manager and sees the kiss, I understand that she decides to run away, what I don't accept is that she talked to the fuckboi.

And about Fumi, I think Shinobu's fault is assuming things without asking the other part, basically there's a lack of communication from both sides.
I’m not trying to make excuses for Sakura but she sent the short messages "he's cheating after all" and "what should I do?" to report him because he's the one who raised the topic that Sinobu was cheating. So she confirmed to him what he told her is real. Just that.

Then the cucboy surprised her by showing up at the train station (he could guess where she'd get off) and offered to take her home. She's not in the mood to go home so she brought her to his room. Her fault is that she refuse him to send her home. But all is cucboy's fault to stalk her to the train station. It's his fault to tell her Shinobu was cheating without a clue.

I'm not surprised why JP readers hate him.

Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't let it get to that kind of a situation..

But yeah. It's a bunch of coincidences and Yuma being extremely forward.. combined with her heartbreak..

This is also why I keep bringing up the conversations(or lack thereof) between characters because I'm someone who always tries to talk things out immediately after any particular incident.

And the foggy mind trope is not my favourite, because it just means whoever makes you climax the fastest can essentially control your decisions..

Maybe it's just me, but I definitely agree that she did resist. Just not to the degree I would've liked from her.

The reason she contacted him because he's the one who raised the topic that Sinobu was cheating so she confirmed to him what he told her is real. Just that.

You have good points, I accept that she decided to run away, but I don't think I accept that she messaged the fuckboi

And you're absolutely right! Conversation is key especially in relationships, in all fairness from what others said. Sakura did intend to talk to Shinobu. She just saw the kiss happen instead.

Sakura did used to fight back a lot. Kicking a dude to get a bottle shoved up his ass, running away when being groped in an aphrodisiac spring, biting the nose of someone trying to have their way with her. She has fought back.

The turning point, if I had to pick it, was the masterfully done manipulation of the director. Her experience with that man is what fucked her up mentally when it comes to pleasure. She hasn't been the same since after that moment.

Exactly!! He made a binding vow that permanently fucked up Sakura's mind, leading to all the subsequent events in the story and the mess we have right now, in exchange for his dick.

I'll also keep saying that those chapters were particularly disturbing, just because it portrayed Sakura's inner thoughts and how they shifted, how her view on intimacy changed, and how much she struggled to think straight during pleasure.

Shinobu even thinks to himself that she hasn't been this "into it/forward" ever before when they get intimate right after that incident.

But even then..

Why.. would you.. do that?

Like.. stroking and licking the dick of a man while you already have a very supportive partner..?

Yes, he has helped a lot of others become successful.. but.. as a person in a relationship, would you really let someone "help you with practice" on improving your bedroom scene in such a "practical" way?

Most I'd take is advice.
