It's very likely that Kodansha is very angry and may even have scolded Katsura for causing them to lose money due to the poor sales of Volume 13. Let's remember that Kodansha invests its money in printing and distributing copies of the volume in both physical and digital formats, so if they lose money, they must be angry. I think they hadn't gotten involved in the story before, because with the sales results for this volume, they'll be pressuring her to come up with a good ending.

Than you missing the whole point... if a popular manga drops a volume its obvious it will be nr.1 look at the ranking right now? people posted already it dropped to nr.50 probably even lowe by now. Not to mention it was nr.14 the day after... it def had not a positive effect

Agree with the likely short term boost considering how much engagement it generated. The decline after probably affected more by the few chapters of the aftermath

„Nothing erotic happened“ isn’t chapter 129 in volume 13? As much as one hates it, it’s still an erotic scene. Even this volume has one with chapter 133.

I think it was 2 or 3 comments talking about that and someone people calling her mental ill or talking about how bad is her work.She has really a SMALL number of comments of people supporting.

I would say 90% are hate comments.It is bad that she is receving some harass but unfortually she probably knew the consequences if she messed up again.
