I agree with all three of your possibilities. Bummed that 135 picked up from a completely different point after 134, Mio back to Mia.

If they want to leave it off on a slightly positive note for Shinobu after the funny drama is sorted, Mio's agency will at best be an epilogue after thought is my take, but first Mio needs to learn he's not a gaw damn cheater and Nagi too I guess.
