Real. I mean at this point will they even get to meet is still a question without a definitive answer for the remaining 30'ish hours.

When you approach it from the angle of their last real intereaction being in ch.122, surely in ch.136 they can be afforded one meeting before the story closes, so you'd think the chances could be pretty high. However factor in the current state of the story, context going into the finale, and then knowing it's Airi-sensei, the chance they don't suddenly seems also pretty high up there if Airi just wants to run from the story she penned herself into.

Actually would so random considering the biggest timeskip we've had so far is "a few months later" I think but, some smaller time skips I could see easily happening to speed things along here

I just went to read the remained (from deleting and blocking) Japanese comments on chapter 134-136 after ignoring them for a long time to say farewell to Grapara.

It's sad to say farewell to all of you as well.

Part of me feels like it really is too late. The most the two have done in regards to each other since the separation is think fondly of one another and play a part in renewing their inspiration.

If they do meet it's either going to be completely accidental or like.. at the very end where they have a project to work together.

No resolution to the misunderstanding. And not ending as a couple. It'd make me wonder what the whole point of it was given how long we had been rooting for the two up until now. But maybe Airi can pull something for the final chapter be it an extension or some miraculous means of making anything make sense of it all.

It's more important that Shinobu Sakura and Fumi end their stories without shadows hanging over them.

I think no matter what happens in this final chapter it's not going to change the minds of the majority of people that now just don't like Sakura. The panel shown above just made me think that. "I'm sure Sakura will understand if we just talk" to then showing her on the bed after sex.

There have been some small efforts made to help Sakura's image in the post-time skip (not a single romantic interaction between her and fucboi yet still, but hey maybe in the finale!), they didn't work, but to walk it all back and show Sakura ending the story becoming happy with fucboi would definitely qualify GraPara! as having unique ending but not in the good way.

What's truly interesting is that we haven't seen much from Sakura's perspective, what she felt the morning after sleeping with the Playboy, her thoughts during those months. In my opinion, I think it was just a one-night stand with the Playboy; we've only seen her thoughts reminiscing about her time with Shinobu. Katsura's mediocre writing leaves many things open to interpretation, and that's bad because there are many things to resolve by the final chapter.

This makes me think that many things will likely be left unresolved, such as the nature of Sakura and the Playboy's relationship during those months (whether they were a couple or not). The misunderstanding will never be resolved, and the predictable five-year time skip with the possible reunion leaves even more things open to the reader's interpretation. This is poor, lazy, and cowardly writing, since Katsura doesn't have the guts to resolve the plots she herself ruined.

Yea some efforts were indeed made, but just not enough. No matter what happens I just don't see what Airi can pull to ease up any hate on Sakura. Girl is basically living consequence free, she went from liked to hated real quick for a reasonable reason.

Like I still want her to have a decent ending but that also means keeping the hate she has from fans. They're not going to like it one bit.
