Ya you have a point there. If it didn't end in what I can only describe as a simulated cucking people wouldn't be so pissed off. For instance if it just ended with him filming her doing a movie the ending would have been better received I'm ok with it it makes sense Arir is trying to show both shinobu happy and suffering at the same time comes off as him being a cuck. Best thing is fuckboi loses.

Showing the necklace Shinobu gifted her was probably intended to say that she is no longer with fucboi in any capacity since he did help her find it when he was trying to get on her good side.

As for the scene right before she bumps into Fumi she does look a bit strangley sad here. Unfortunately many will not accept this as any real karma, especially since it's revealed shortly after that Sakura has become an award winning actress and her only reaction to Fumi's confession is "eh?" and a bit of a stare. The 5 years though might have been lonely for her considering she is walking around wearing Shinobu's necklace and until now still thinking she was cheated on.

Fumi's confessions here actually hits twice as hard for Sakura, compared to Fumi just wanting to get a weight off her chest, because only Shinobu and Sakura know the full details of that night as far as we know.

Seriously, just a normal few final pages showing Shinobu and Sakura teaming up for a movie now that they've reached their dream careers was apparently too much to ask when we got the perfect blueprint for it just last chapter with Ryusei saying "You were a great team" and then showing a flashback image of them walking side by side. All you need to do there is just copy it and use their time skipped selves, but they really wanted to end with some lewds and cuckery to bring the ntr rom-com home.

I honestly didn't see the appeal of God of High-school when you've got stuff like Reaper of the Drifting Moon, academy survival guide, Absolute regression and so on. All of these are so much better than God of High School
Forgot about Star Embracing Swordmaster which will be getting an anime adaption as well.

Good characters, characters going through serious character development. The reveal Jin mori is a god was insanely good. The whole tournament background why they did it was a great idea. Jin Moris motivation were clear. The second part has easily one of the best villains out there, Jin’s whole personality switch and why was great writing, the parallel between him and mujin at the end where one gains everything and the other loses everything was great. It didn’t felt like you knew who would win the battle, Jin mori lost like 3-4 times and would still lose if mujins daughter wouldn’t be the key to his original power. It was a great read imo. Also you can apply this to anything the survival guide is great no question yet it’s a normal issekai where the mc thinks that he can’t intervene with the mc of the game because he would ruin everything and tries to make the game as basic as possible which also happens so idk. Also I don’t know drifting moon. And star embracing swordsman Is a typical revenge story nothing more(if iirc).

I find it kinda funny how many people are hating on the author when her we are over 500 comments when most magas rarely crack 100 comments. We set records for mangadex on how many comments this got if you where the author and your goal was to give readers a sense of NTR then you would be rather happy in that success. Even if I really hate how the story went Arir is not a hack writer when she wildly succeed in what she ultimately wanted to convey. Shure her writing isn't the strongest her characters have to have their brains turned off for the plot to work but this wasn't some horrendous writing I have read worse.

Guilty Circle is better than this bullshit. I’d even go as far as to say Illicit Love makes more sense than this manga.

This has to be by FAR up there with one of the worst manga’s I have read. The is no romance, no cares for each other. Neither is there any NTR element, as it’s all rushed. I really hope Katsura Airi never returns to mainstream manga again. She wouldn’t be able to write a kids story for shite. She would probably turn the protagonist of that kids story into a cuck too. People told me she wouldn’t copy and paste Karami Zakari, well guess what?

Thank God this is over. Kodanshi were visionaries for axing this.

Fumi isn't an actress, so she acted out the love scene imagining Shinobu as her co-star. But it's the same for Sakura this time too. So, as soon as Shinobu picks up the camera, Sakura's face and body turn towards him as if following him. And Shinobu notices and moves closer. Sakura reaches out her hand, desperate to touch Shinobu. Shinobu responds. And so, their hands naturally intertwine, and the expression on Sakura's face at that moment of reunion is, I think, the same expression she had when she felt happy being held by Shinobu. And this expression could never be produced without Shinobu as the director. This is the answer to "I'm the one who can make her shine the brightest in the world."

No, she's a hack writer, not sure how her succeed in rage baiting people doesn't make her a hack writer. She knows how to play one card and it's not even executed well for the purpose of drawing attention that sounds like a hack writer to me. Also I'm sure you could find worse if you really tried but nobody is putting a "well its not the worse thing ever" sticker on their book.

Have you never read holy night or any of that woman's other works? Just because you didn't like how the story went dose not make one a hack writer is Arir's writing weak yes in some aspects she isn't very good at making netorare interesting or enjoyable but I didn't find this as frustrating as say Aitsu no Kanojo every character is hit with a stupid stick or as pointless as guilty circle literally all the NTR was pointless every sacrifice the fmc and mc made was pointless! There are more but I think those two examples are good enough.
