Re-read pages 5 and 6 of chapter 48 and pay attention to Sain's eyes on the last few panels. It's less an 'NTR fetish' and more of a 'desire to betray' or 'take the things of someone who trusts you' type thing. His preference in women stems from there. That's my read on it anyway.
I was in the middle of writing multiple paragraphs to express just how astronomically retarded every single thing that happened in this chapter is but then I decided to just delete it all because what the hell is actually even the point? Whenever a manga suddenly reaches these levels of baffling retardation, it's usually one of two things, it's axed and they need to just finish this shit asap out of pure obligation, or the author has written themselves into such an inescapable hole that they've just given up and wanna toss this aside to move onto the next thing. Either way, I just can't fathom any possible way that this story can be saved from this point on, yet my morbid curiosity is gonna keep me reading just to see how bad it can really get until it's eventually canned.

Lisa escapes with Sain on top of a dragon/wyvern looking thing. Toru and co try to stop her, but they are held back by the cleric in sain's party who was a lance guy. He dies in the process though, allowing them to escape. The way is now opened to the demon lands though. Toru now goes to fix his arm and report to the king that Sain has betrayed them.

my guess is that she asked how her plan would proceed and the diviner saw a future where the hero quickly got bored of her and eventually dumped her

Okay, I'm a little confused, if someone with the hero job is near the demon lord the demon lord's level drops by one every minute. If that's the case, how does she have any power? She should have been pinned at level 1 basically this entire time given her proximity to the hero.
Also, if he was stripped of the title of hero then what purpose does Sian even have anymore (aside from mental trauma to the MC)? He's at best an average powered adventurer without the hero title so keeping him close does literally nothing for her anymore cause a new titled hero would just replace him.

Except it's really neither of those things. This is just the way the author chose to take the story, and at the least it is an interesting way to make a villain that is beyond f*ed up. Far as I know the story goes much longer, with him growing and improving until he actually can properly face Lisa, with Sain ultimately getting executed (if I remember the spoilers right) leading to someone else becoming the Hero (I don't know if it's Toru, but I wouldn't be surprised), and with a final conclusion where he settles down with all the girls, including all the girls that are currently his slaves (99% sure he frees them before he marries them).

The way I read it this was more of a skill that the Hero had. Could be I misread it, but I thought the Hero had the power to lower the Demon Lord's level within a certain range.
If this isn't the case, then the range would have to be very, very narrow as otherwise his demon eye technique would have worked on her as it only takes 13 minutes and 20 seconds to drop her to level 0.

I fear the author may backpaddle since this would be a decent climax then end to the story. Then drag it out since mc is ridiculously strong but suddenly "not strong enough". That or demonlord suddenly empowering douche-hero to be on a similar standing somehow.
