ISLAND is ass. Or at least, maybe just the first half? I dropped the game after Winter arc, might pick it up again soon.

I can understand that in a way, Sara and Karen routes feel like a drag at times but the story does pick up once you get to Rinne route. The only complaint I would have about the second half is that it felt rushed.
