I've looked at this for too long trying to nitpick so it's getting released now so I can stop thinking about it. Also, 手足 is translated as "sibling"—pretty sure it's a gender neutral term.

Yep, that storyline was in a donghua episode already, though the manhua has some extra panels that didn't get animated. There are a bunch of other mini-storylines that have made it into the donghua already, since this translation is at least 700 comics behind lol so it makes sense
oh so Mangadex does allow out of order chapter uploads... alright, I'll upload the rest of my stash here later. at least this manhua doesn't really have any real chronological timeline
