Even the most dragged out of romcoms manga will have something happen, even if it's just filler. This is just the premise being reinstated endlessly, hence why I assumed the author just wants to draw these two doing poses and nothing else.

I guess the author just likes this concept and wants to draw these two characters without developing any sort of story.
