From the raws her name is ネオン・モルファ, while Murphy is マーフィー.
Neon is written the same as Neon, and Morpha is written the same as Morphan, but without the N at the end, so it could be an intentional reference to the Benzomorphan class of drugs, or just some wacky name the author threw together
