I'm pretty sure this chapter is an homage to "Senritsu Kaiki File Kowasugi",it's a series of found footage horror movies by Koji Shiraishi where one of the main characters is always going around with baseball bat and is prone to using violence (it's kinda joke going trough whole series).

Yeah,Naoi has some Nakamura vibes (maybe less crazy and more violent),I wouldn't be suprised if the author took some inspiration from Aku no Hana.

Isn't Manami the main character? Also i'm sure the other girl found herself a boyfriend.Basically it's just another take on toxic codependency and emotional abuse by Manio.

The art is so beautiful,and the setting reminds me of something Studio Ghibli would do... I hope for more :)
