Chapter 31 is in vol 07, but there are covers for volumes 08, 09 and 10. Usually they don't generate a cover for a volume until there are enough chapters for that volume If the cover for volumes 08~10 exists, there need to be about 5 chapter per volume for those, I think. My question is: was...
