This first chapter actually pretty much tells you how this will go. I doubt by the end that any of these characters will be likable.

After a chapter like this the only way to feel good about the ending would be Philip being destroyed in some way. Having someone that evil is crazy lol.

Where does this go from here? The rest of the series is about to just make me sad lol.

I feel like this series had an interesting premise but then it spiraled with the killings and take over the world plot. Things just couldn't stay simple I suppose.
