The cover art for the manga alone gives away the fact that this is yet another trashy self-insert power fantasy harem manga with meaningless/nonexistent plot (cough fruit of evolution cough cheat skill isekai).
The "was it all a dream?" trope followed by him having wrote a note to his future self to make sure he remembered it wasn't a dream was kinda amusing ngl
