    Yeah it does seem like mostly nitpicking, but I still appreciate knowing that it's an adjective and using it as a noun is technically incorrect, which I didn't know before. I also know now that I shouldn't use it in certain contexts/situations since it can rub some people the wrong way.

    Ok got it. I didn’t know that (I’m not a native speaker) so thanks for telling me. I was actually going to write ‘female characters’ since that felt more appropriate, but I got lazy lol Also I’ve seen it used before without any derogatory intent (as far as I can tell).

    Since when did ‘female’ become a slur? Am I missing something here? Also, the harem isn’t made up of just schoolgirls, there are adult women too. How else am I supposed to refer to all of them?
