I am pretty sure this is a joke username. There was a meme going around not long ago where someone with that username was replying to a serious conversation about something unrelated.
I just hope the manga sticks with the premise and carries it through instead of pussying out a bit into the story or pulling a bait and switch. I want to see "muh fiction literacy" twitter really throw a fit to surpass the one Frieren caused.
