Sadly the novel translation is FAR worse. :( They swap animal names often, character names, genders, medicines, all sorts of stuff on a near constant basis. It's pretty rough liking this series and not speaking the original language.

Yup, I've long since automatically ignored everything this author puts out. Any series that goes more than about 100-200 chapters he gets bored, starts forgetting basic things, and tries to axe himself if he can't just walk away.
