Report it in scylla scans discord. I simply upload stuff from their website to MangaDex. Not an actual staff of scylla (although they did give me the staff role since I do the upload work).

It’s probably better to ask these doubts in their discord because I’m not an actual staff of Scylla Scans. I simply do the work of uploading their stuff to MangaDex because they don’t bother to do it. And they most probably won’t be checking comments here.
