I think Cang is the manager (the white snake hair lady), and Jiu is the black snake lady behind the counter (at least that's what the previous chapter implies, otherwise I wouldn't remember the actual names :p ) It's still unclear to me if they're actually sisters or it's some kind of courtesy...

What are they talking about at the start of the chapter with regards to "Qin Yu" entering spirit realm and not being able to restore her core? Didn't this literally already happen? Judging by the next chapter this was meant to be about Yuan Yi's mother instead, but the wording is kinda awkward here.
