I agree it's all bait for engagement, but at the same time it feels like two sides of the author fighting each other, one wants the mom to have a great relationship with their husband and other wants her to have lewd moments with the MC, but of course unless we are in some crazy relationship...

While the chapter was wild I just can't ignore our MC straight up trying to milk Meka-chan-sensei, the way that he was handling it was crazy, of all accidental touchs in manga that was one of the most absurd ones for sure.
