Sniping the series that I was working on, that I was planning a mass update for, without trying to contact me, less than two weeks after I last posted an update, is actually really mean. You just wasted a huge amount of work that I did.

@magidoe actually the king is just 19, so a five year age gap (prolly about the same for the knight and the red head, since the three of them give off a childhood friend vibe), which would be not strange at all if they put in a time slip of a few years before making it romantic.

So... it seems like her reverse harem is mostly part-time fluffs.

@Oniku_Niku I think it’s because it got picked up as a shoujo. Shoujo has to stay pg, since it’s more all ages. If it had been picked up for a josei magazine, they could have gone darker, but this is accessible to the same genre audience as stuff like sailor moon and fruits basket, ya know?

@Carstairs because she is in the world of an otome game. Clothing in otome games can be as illogical as it wants.

@sambucety Simple—because the way it was originally written, it made it seem like people only started liking her once she had paler skin (even the prince didn’t declare his love until after), as if she wasn’t pretty before. It seemed incredibly racist, and just reading it made me uncomfortable...
