People are mourning the loss of childhood friend but damn, I'm impressed at how MC was able to make Nishino spill the beans about wanting to see him. He is also ballsy enough to propose for a meetup just the two of them. He's getting real good at this.
I probably said this before but this is some peak character and relationship development
Crazy how much changed between them since the start of the manga
MC isn't a loner for no reason (seems like he had a problem with his past as a track and field club member?), actually can handle himself talking to a pretty girl, and there's some chemistry between them.
Not bad for a start.
