I would really like to see this manga get caught up. I don't have any experience with manga scantlation but I am an artist myself and I'm trying to learn japanese and am willing to learn. If there's anything at all I can do to help with chapters I would be very willing to lend a hand.
I agree, it's extremely refeshing to see especially anime women who look their age and I think it's even more important for this story to get that right. Kurata's expressions and character acting are also top notch and I greatly prefer the overall tone, pacing, and page compositions of this one...

Fun thing to note, the light novels translates the emissaries names as Ayla and Aylin. These are both Turkish names meaning "moonlight" and "of the moon" respectively.
Can I ask why she says that her and Loulan are sixteen? It looks like she says 十八 in the japanese which I believe would be 18.
