Every chapter I feel like the author is saying “you were good with that? How about…. Regenerative HEAT energy!” And my ability to side-eye my way through takes another hit. Like he’s challenging our suspension of disbelief while giving up on pretending it wasn’t magic.

The only thing separating him from being a shonen MC is that he actually had a gf in the past (that he got cucked by, lol) so he should be a little less clueless... but he ain't
