I think there is a yokai that grows if you look up at it and shrinks if you look down at it. Wonder if she's actually one of those, it'd be a less literal interpretation but the concept sort of fits.
Wish away, series like this stay afloat by introducing waifus at regular intervals. I guess it's easier than writing plot to just chuck a new one in before the last loses her novelty.

Has there been anything resembling an explanation for what the dragon mascot is yet? From the beginning I've felt like there's a clear intent in how it's sort of ignored. Wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be the big bad. The actual Divine Dragon come to life or something.
