Due to how the place is set up, this is implausible. Not even counting the fact that he's barely slept and barely ate, so he doesn't have the energy to even hope to hurt/kill one of them.

The rooms lock from the inside and he's being constantly recorded except for when using the bathroom in his room. He'd never be able to escape even if he did kill one of them.

Yeah, I didn't even blink when Yukana said the trip was impossible. There's no point in investing any sort of real energy into this trash heap. The mild curiosity of seeing how it ends is pretty much all that keeps me checking on it.

Eh, it's not really a Japan thing. 9 times out of 10, the affair partner(man or woman) isn't really better-looking than the original partner/spouse regardless of nationality. Cheating up looks-wise tends to be a porn thing.
