Rereading this, there are a few... inaccuracies with the new translation, so stick with the OG as long as you can. Luckily, the new chapters seem to be ok.

I thought the translation seemed off, I was accidentally reading the new TL. This one is better, TBH.

😯 The drawing boy existing in the "real world" means that she was right, right? They are still inside a "painting" of sorts, with the game just being a really old / advanced version. That's why his / her death doesn't matter, we've established the painting master can revive anyone at will...

NGL I don’t think so, Will’s redemption was heavily foreshadowed and they had to pull something like this if they wanted to pull it off.
