If you look at the "gibberish" script under the town names on the map, it's pretty clear that "Poruta" is meant to be romanized as "Polta." The script in "Tartaros" matches up one to one with (roughly) equivalent characters, and the O, T, and A in "Polta" are the same in the accompanying scroll...
