It's nothing too different from most other isekai's with the theme of a cheating protagonist in the past couple years. The only significance is that the MC isn't from earth, so that's nice and potentially could allow his character to develop uniquely from what a generic Japanese MC would do...

It's a lot of edge and not much substance. The beginning hook is pretty good but rather than building on it, the story just keeps adding more characters and doesnt develop the first two main characters.
