Not sure if it's the manga or the translation but it seemed like we were missing something in the end. The FL was discussing the relationship the Hero has with the soldiers then suddenly it's about the Hero's affection for her. Not sure if it was originally written like that or if we are missing...
I love this manga. It reads better for me if to not read it as a romance. I think of the ML and FL as enemies who are forced to be allies indefinitely. I love their dynamic and partnership. I actually hope the FL ends up with her childhood friend personally. If I had to choose I'd rather it be him.
If there are any spoilers about this Please share because I just can't with Asahi anymore. I just want to know if she is going to be an issue in the future or can I look forward to an Asahi free story eventually?
I wish the author would have made the ages more appropriate. Why did the FL have to be in high school? This manga is interesting enough without that added drama.
So true. Everyones behavior had been so petty and immature. It just further supports the fact that no one in a pirating industry is acting out of a moral code. It's all for ego's sake and self satisfaction. As readers I hope more of us realise this and leave the fighting between the scantalators.
@godofsalmon that's exactly what I meant. There Is No Moral Standing. I'm not in favor of the scantalators because we are dealing in an illegal market. So morality is not at all in this fight. This is all simply a fight about bruised egos and hurt feelings. (As I had stated in my original comment)
I've read both sides of the issue and I genuinely understand and have empathy for both sides.
The thing that makes this difficult for me to choose a side is that both parties and myself are partaking in illegal activity. We with no remorse are pirating(stealing) content that belongs to someone...
Well that made no sense. Where is the author going with this? If Ibee would have run away with the gardener and Alejandro couldn't find her it would have been a lot more interesting.
