Rikka also apparently said she actually had second thoughts about following the letter after coming to terms with how she feels about Uichi and Yotsuba. So she no longer has any desire to fulfill Clover’s schemes and gives the watch to Mitsuba thinking he will give it back to Yotsuba.

I just had this scary theory not related to this chapter... what if the mysterious boy that tells Uichi to commit suicide is NOT the same as the "middle school betrayer". Uichi may think they are the same but Clover likely could just find some way to hijack the middle school betrayer's phone...
So I am confused is the final monologue from Clover’s perspective or is it Rikka or is it confirmed that Rikka is actually behind Clover (though at this point I think Clover is a group effort and Rikka ain’t the only one behind it)?

Bullies will always make themselves to be better than their victims. They hate being in the wrong and will make up all sorts of negative stuff about their victim to seem like they are better people.
Kinda feels like the dude who said Uichi deserved his bullying ignores that his bullies (beyond his highschool ones except Yae) wanted to kill him and would have if they had the chance. Since their desire to kill Uichi is intrinsically linked to their desire to dominate him (aka bullying) it is...
Heck Yae was outed as wanting to KILL Uichi in the current timeline (which his classmates were actually horrified by) and all we know is that Yae "willingly dropped out" as opposed to getting expelled for that... Almost as if Clover is just paying off the schools to ignore Uichi's torment (given...
