It’s an alright read. Outside of the first 10 chapters, the series is extremely slow burn. Expect things to take a long time, meaning FL is very passive and ML lets misunderstandings pile up

I’m a bit confused. FL is a normal pushover salary worker that got isekai’d to the emperor’s sister. Why does she feel so much fear against the previous abusive husband? All she’s done is read about him in a book

@lavaprinz epilogue of season 1, then we’ll have a few months break and they will continue the story in season 2 :)

The art is amazing and i adore the FL's outfits, but the plot is mediocre at best and there's barely any character development.

Totally worth the read, I'd also recommend reading the novel for this series. The manhua tends to skip over/change things for the sake of speeding along the plot. in the novel, MC is a lot more sarcastic and you get to enjoy his inner monologue/perils. Similar to a certain scum villain :)

Pretty good read, loving the combination of wuxia manhua and isekai’d villain.
