It's more than 50 pages per chapter and they put a lot of effort into both the translation itself and the editing. It's a very non trivial amount of work to put together a scanlation that looks like this.

I wasn't expecting a relationship in the flashback, just a lot of hurt. Doesn't seem like this made it any less painful for Haruka, but at least there's a little light to look back to. Also adds a lot of room for growth.
