Well it was probably for the best for it to end, it felt like the series was getting dumber the longer it went. This way it goes out without spinning its wheels for too long.

The over the top caricatures for characters might have been amusing had the writing not been so brain meltingly stupid. I'd call it cartoonish but that gives too good of an impression. This is so bad that the only redeeming trait is just how bad it is and how the artstyle fits it well...

Premise was strong, but trying to introduce a mediocre serious storyline was perhaps not well advised and then a likely axe leaves that storyline with a complete non-ending. It was at least a decent way to pass the time, but feels like squandered potential.
